Payment Policy
Booking is on a first come first served basis against 70% advance payment only.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- For any cancellation / amendment received 30 days prior to the check in date, a 100% refund will be issued.
- For any cancellation / amendment received between 15 and 30 days prior to the check in date, a 50% refund will be issued.
- For any cancellation / amendment received between less than 15 days prior to check in date, no refund will be issued. We can help you with a credit note with a validity of 6 months to replan your travel.
Child Policy
- Child up to 5 years can share with parents (without mattress & food).
- Above 5 years we treat as an extra person and on chargeable basis (With extra bed and food).
Hotel Policy
- Any personal information that you share with us, like your name, date of birth, address, marital status, Contact details, and the like, shall be entitled to privacy and kept confidential.
Terms and Conditions
- It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
- According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel.
- The identification proofs accepted are a Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
- Note: PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.
