We offer 24/7 service to our guests, 24 hours hot and cold water and a scenic breakfast.
Taxis can be arranged on request for local transportation to nearby attractions and to & from the Dehradun Airport

There are no TVs in our guest rooms.
Some dishes on the Menu have seasonal availability and therefore may not always be available. Buffet meals are available based on occupancy levels on any given day. Buffet timings are fixed and we urge guests to cooperate in order to serve everyone in the best possible way.
Tourist traffic during peak summer seasons/ unexpected showers can delay travel times, therefore it's best to keep your itinerary flexible. The check post at Bhatwari does not allow vehicles to cross over (Uttarkashi to Gangotri) beyond 8 pm. Bhatwari is at a distance of 20 km from Uttarkashi en route to Prakriti. Please plan your travel accordingly. Your local cab driver should be able to guide you in this regard.
Being at a high altitude and remote Himalayan Range, the area is prone to weak/zero mobile phone connectivity. Be prepared to be digitally cut off, though Jio phone and data services work better than others.
Jio4g works, we don’t have wifi. We have 2 dongles at the hotel which we can provide to use in the lobby area as required.
We offer tea and coffee makers in the Family Rooms. We do not offer tea/coffee makers in other rooms but only electric kettles for warm drinking water. Ask for freshly prepared tea/ coffee from our kitchen from 7 am to 10 pm.
Power backup, in case of power outages, is available for limited hours every morning and evening (3 hrs each).
Rights to admissions are reserved by the hotel manager. Unruly behavior, verbal abuse, and nuisance to other guests cannot be tolerated and guests posing these would be asked to check out.
We stock a limited number of packaged water bottles, however, we encourage guests to consume the natural water that we provide at the hotel. It’s tastier, healthier, environment friendly and it’s FREE. If you do use and dispose of waste responsibly. Mountains are vulnerable to pollution of all kinds.
